Hi guys, so you wanna know the best exercise to lose belly fat right? so what do you really expect? do you expect me to post some techniques like working out on a flying trapeze? well you can give it a try if you want to and see if it works but I don’t think it works. So then what is the best exercise to lose belly fat?
Ok I am going to put forward the facts, I know there are lots of people out there sweat their lives on doing abs workout and come up with a very limited results and most people know that its always hard to reduce their belly fat with direct workout on abs doing crunches everyday.
The reason people don’t get much results in their workouts is because of the eating habits primarily and their sleeping habit, lots of people have a misconception that working your a** off without sleeping reduces the fat in your body and makes you lose weight and also reduces your belly but the truth is NO!. Having balanced sleep in fact helps a lot to burn more calories, you burn more calories in sleep, so just have enough sleep. And have a balanced diet and well planned diet everyday. Well planned diet and limited diet with work out for entire body helps a lot to reduce the belly fat and achieve flat stomach. You don’t need to do any special workouts, just do some common exercises in the morning and also if possible jog in the morning it helps a lot to burn down the fat all over the body and hence your belly region.
