I came across the forum, felt much interesting.

I have read much about veda, I do know what I am what spirituality is.

No one can avoid sex, all spirituality is about acceptance. No spiritual guru is against sex, all they said is love and sex are divine. People are more interested in separation, we hear what we want too.

If you leave bible, Jesus is a great person. he loved people, he has girl friend. What you say about Hinduism is very much true. All south Indian temple are tantric temple, we are still trying to run way with the as Art of sculpture.

Media needs TRP, you cant do anything for it. Some where it good, its bringing some truth.

My personal experience in last one year in London, people wants tomany answer, hardly one is opened accept truth, all they want to hear is what they want to.

No one is ready to accept when you tell spirituality is as simple as this. Then there is a long discourse is needed, they feel comfortable when someone says a lot of rule, and referrence from noble books.

I was trying to see few of his teaching in youtube, I felt rediculous when I say Nithyananda experience on Enlightment.

The six sections with which the Central Crime Branch registered cases are:

1) Section 420 – Cheating and indulging in fraudulent activities.

2) Section 506 – Punishment for intimidation (of the inmates such as Lenin Karuppan).

3) Section 376 – Punishment for Rape (where several of the women devotees are said to be raped by Swami Nithyananda. A Canadian Women was said to have been raped by Nithyananda! She later died and the cause for the death could not be determined).

4)Section 295 (A) – Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.

5) Section 377 – Sexual activity “against the order of nature” which was earlier involving of Homosexuality and was repealed on 2/7/2009. This section of the law involves punishment and criminalisation of coercive sex and sex with minors. Nithyananda was alleged to have involved in coercive sex and hence the law was enforced on him. He also had indulged in unnatural sex offences apparently complained by Lenin Karuppan.

6) Section 120 – Concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment (Criminal Conspiracy)

@ Naren: Don’t call Admin mad. That would be giving him undue importance. He is nothing but just another Nithyananda fan. (He will refute this. That is because, he has to put on the mask of neutrality to gain credibility.) For his first post, I had replied point by point, which he snubbed saying “you people come with your own agenda and ask my opinion.” Well, I never asked his opinion – I just refuted all of his arguments cogently. Again, at another instance I replied to him saying his understanding of Osho is not matured and is biased. In his long post he replied in a tone which suggested he is the only person who is eligible enough to comment on Osho. (I had seen such guys: initially, while reading him, at a point you get possessive about him.) At that point I had to quit the discussion, realizing it is pointless. You can wake someone up only if he is asleep. If someone acts to be asleep, you cannot wake him up. Osho would have been the happiest person on Nithyananda video, had he been alive. Because, Osho had spent considerable time and energy, talking about such hypocrites, such fake gurus – especially about those ones who repress their sexual desires and pose as gurus.

Gary is consistently questioning and denying Admin’s arguments logically. Again, Admin just ignore them. The fundamental questions are these: How can Nithyananda exhibit such dishonesty? How can he pose as a celibate and then explore sex? How can he do something which is very close to prostitution? How can he cheat a married man (that lady’s husband)? And how can he lie over and over again saying those videos are fake? (The morph theory is for those who are not initiated into digital world. We all know very well, how a morphed video will look like.) These are the questions Admin will never answer. And these are the questions which are asked again and again, and yet again, in many of the comments. Admin deliberately pays no attention to such questions, and beats around the bush. If you have watched Nithyananda’s recent explanations or interviews, you will find the same strategy. Ignoring the fundamental question, and then talking nonsense in a fashion in which you will get confused. Admin is adopting Nithyananda strategy, which makes me strongly believe that he is just a Nithyananda pawn. I’m damn sure that the above questions will not be attended ever, ever by Admin. He will talk so many other stuff, will talk about judgements, about Hindu puranas, vedas, but wont answer the above questions.

Now, in one of his posts, admin comments, “you simply argue a person who wears saffron should not have sex, which makes no sense”. It makes a lot of sense, my dear. Saffron is a colour which was chosen for saints, by saint Shankaracharya. Before Shankara, there were no such colour code for saints. The colour, is something that resembles a funeral pyre, and something which is set to remind the saint about the pyre, that is, to constantly remind him that he is a person who has renounced all the material pleasures. Read Shankara smruthi, Thathva Bodha and Athma Bodha. Hinduism, as understood today, i.e., as a religion, do not have set rules – I agree. But it should also be noted that each set of believes, which were once a part of Indian religious system, had its own very set of rules. And the comment, “Nithyananda has put forth some methods and his methods are the only epicenter of his teachings, unless a person has tried those methods, he has no right to talk ill about him”, sounds ridiculous. Nithyananda has proved himself as a dishonest, a liar and a fraudster. To reject his entire set of teachings, that is just more than enough. It is preposterous to suggest that, you should read Mein Kampf to form an opinion on Auschwitz and other holocausts by Hitler.

I sign off, knowing well that, none of the questions will be answered, and none of my arguments will be refuted cogently. If Nithyananda cannot answer the questions, Admin, doubly cannot.

1: No answer to the point I raised first. Regarding snubbing my refuting your initial post.

2. You say: “I am supporting Nithyananda as an individual who got all the rights to do whatever in his personal space. I want people to prove what he has done is wrong with some sense.. which none did.” In the first place, a saint who shunned all the worldly pleasures, there by shun his personal space too. Thus there is no question of a ‘personal space’. Nithyananda, along with all his supporters, is too much worried about the private life, which is very suspicious. People, were consistently proving that what he has done is wrong. All the questions which I asked, and which as I expected, you couldn’t answer, is proof enough to conclude the viciousness of his acts.

3. You say: “video is still under investigation, also I don’t know where he had sex in the video. but my point is even if he did one who should be worried about it are the people who followed him and not others and secondly that’s his private space.” So far I haven’t come across any governement body doubting the genuineness of the video. The whole morphing theory is something raised by Nithyananda fans. Anyone who is initiated to the digital world can easily understand that the video is not a doctored one. And more, in your own post dated March 8th, you admit that, “its Nithyananda without any doubt on my part.”

4. You say: “Again video has not proved he had sex.. plus no rules whatever on a person who wears safron should not have sex..” The Nakkeeran video, with that funny background song, clearly shows Ranjitha jerking him off, and giving him a BJ. If that doesn’t fall under sex, I don’t know what it is. I also elaborated, with the name of the texts, why Shankaracharya felt one shouldn’t pursue worldly pleasures, while wearing saffron. You are just acting deaf to that. If Nithyananda wanted to explore sex and spirituality together, there were umpteen other methods. Tantric ways in which samadhi can be attained via sex, or Osho’s methods in which you need not repress sex. But to be popular, saffron is the easiest way. Nithyananda know that well.

5. You say: “I can see people who followed his teachings still stand by him.. lol.. not so ridiculous like you think”. Here I would tell you what you told me – that you are not updating yourself with latest news. All his ashrams are deserted, and you see the supporters only in those youtube videos sponsored by him and those guys who sadly are not man enough to admit the blunder. Abroad ashrams are closing down, the no of subscribers in his youtube videos are getting reduced day after day, the comments in all the Nithyananda websites/channels are blocked now.

6. The final message is this: You haven’t answered any of the questions which I raised, which many raised. Nithyananda did wrong. He was not supposed to have sex while on saffron. That is not just a popular morality, but something which is set by Shankara, the very same person Nithyananda calls out before all his stupid talks. Again, as I told you in my previous post, you are just beating around the bush, without answering any of these fundamental questions.
