One of most popular product released in the year 2006 was e-cigarettes, it is said that e-cigarettes will help a lot for people who smoke a lot and who wants to quit smoking, with e-cigarettes you can alter the level of nicotine and it is said people who start to smoke e-cigarettes can gradually reduce the level of nicotine and eventually end up quitting to smoke.
Idea sounds impressive but has it really proved to be worthy enough? did people who started using e-cigarettes really stopped to quit smoking? frankly I don’t think so, it might have worked for few people with will of a steel and they will quit smoking anyways if they wanted to and what about other average people? I don’t think this product would have helped many. If you want to quit something just quit now and no use in delaying it and tomorrow never comes. What do you think?

I’ve been reading through various forums and blogs to find out if people are actually having success in quitting by incorporating the e-cigarette into their quit smoking plan and it seems that many are.
And even if a smoker doesn’t have any intention to quit smoking, the e-cigarette offers them a healthier alternative and at least stops the delivery of the hundreds of other chemicals in traditional cigarettes. Thanks for sharing.
