Is Bing And Yahoo Good Enough To Compete Against Google?

With recent move from Microsoft of collaborating their search engine market with Yahoo. According to the agreement between Yahoo and Microsoft, Yahoo searches will now be powered Microsoft for a period of another ten years and Microsoft will have access to core level search technologies of yahoo. Also 88% of advertising revenue earned through yahoo searches will go to yahoo directly. I really wonder how Microsoft accepted to this deal but any how so the majority of the earnings will still go to yahoo though Microsoft will take control of it and use their technology on yahoo.

According to the stats Bing and Yahoo totally covers nearly 28 to 30% of total search engine market and google on the other hand shares a majority share of 65%, will this move from Microsoft provide any healthy competition with Google?

Google on the other hand has already started its working on new Chrome Operating System which may really prove to be a worthy competition of Microsoft dominated OS technology. So as both big players making their move to dominate one another, we have to wait and watch this whole interesting game.
