  1) Section 420 – Cheating and indulging in fraudulent activities.

  Ya media were cheating and indulging in fraudulent activities.. like placing a video in someone’s bedroom and telecasting it.. lol

  2) Section 506 – Punishment for intimidation (of the inmates such as Lenin Karuppan).

  Not proven!

  3) Section 376 – Punishment for Rape (where several of the women devotees are said to be raped by Swami Nithyananda. A Canadian Women was said to have been raped by Nithyananda! She later died and the cause for the death could not be determined).

  No Evidence and not proven again and he has not raped anyone in the video lol

  4)Section 295 (A) – Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.

  hehe.. that’s a funny section.. here is a guy who was trying to spread the religion and you see what he was doing in his private space where no one got the rights to do it and say he hurts me.. lol.. people should have felt hurt in that sense whenever they had sex with their beloved ones.. hehe..

  5) Section 377 – Sexual activity “against the order of nature” which was earlier involving of Homosexuality and was repealed on 2/7/2009. This section of the law involves punishment and criminalisation of coercive sex and sex with minors. Nithyananda was alleged to have involved in coercive sex and hence the law was enforced on him. He also had indulged in unnatural sex offences apparently complained by Lenin Karuppan.

  Lenin karuppan or who ever can say whatever he wants to, he has to prove what he claims is right.. lol..

  6) Section 120 – Concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment (Criminal Conspiracy)

  hehe so you are saying he has to put a stage and have sex? also when was the last time having sex became commiting offence? (No video proved he had sex come on make sense.. don’t talk like a child we know what sex is right? kissing is not sex lol)

  surely he will be arrested on most of these charges.So bye-bye Mr.nithyanandha.lmao

  Gary is consistently questioning and denying Admin’s arguments logically.

  I have taken time to answer most of the questions put forth by many people here and that too which abides by your so called logic and if you cannot take it logically then its your choice.. I am not forcing you to agree with me.

  He will refute this. That is because, he has to put on the mask of neutrality to gain credibility
  I am not going to refute this.. I am not a follower of Nithyananda that’s for certain but being an outsider I really see a person’s personal space is breached. Who is anyone to say its right or wrong about what he does in his personal space? Nobody has got that rights. I am supporting Nithyananda as an individual who got all the rights to do whatever in his personal space. I don’t look for credibility.. I want people to prove what he has done is wrong with some sense.. which none did. People who followed him were not worried about the issue, people who were against him started to damage his ashram and people who were in the neutral spot started to react to the whole situation in a negative way.

  At that point I had to quit the discussion, realizing it is pointless. You can wake someone up only if he is asleep. If someone acts to be asleep, you cannot wake him up

  Osho would have been the happiest person on Nithyananda video, had he been alive. Because, Osho had spent considerable time and energy, talking about such hypocrites, such fake gurus – especially about those ones who repress their sexual desires and pose as gurus.

  That would be interesting.. but I don’t know its just another assumption you know..you can say anything and project your ideas over a dead person.

  How can Nithyananda exhibit such dishonesty? How can he pose as a celibate and then explore sex? How can he do something which is very close to prostitution? How can he cheat a married man (that lady’s husband)? And how can he lie over and over again saying those videos are fake? (The morph theory is for those who are not initiated into digital world. We all know very well, how a morphed video will look like.) These are the questions Admin will never answer.

  I think you are not updating yourself with latest news.. video is still under investigation, also I don’t know where he had sex in the video. lol.. but my point is even if he did one who should be worried about it are the people who followed him and not others and secondly that’s his private space. We got no rights to comment on it.

Read Shankara smruthi, Thathva Bodha and Athma Bodha. Hinduism, as understood today, i.e., as a religion, do not have set rules – I agree. But it should also be noted that each set of believes, which were once a part of Indian religious system, had its own very set of rules.   Again video has not proved he had sex.. plus no rules whatever on a person who wears safron should not have sex..

  “Nithyananda has put forth some methods and his methods are the only epicenter of his teachings, unless a person has tried those methods, he has no right to talk ill about him”, sounds ridiculous

  Not really I can see people who followed his teachings still stand by him.. lol.. not so ridiculous like you think.. sorry..

  I sign off, knowing well that, none of the questions will be answered, and none of my arguments will be refuted cogently. If Nithyananda cannot answer the questions, Admin, doubly cannot.

  What has been done to Nithyananda was not right because media or who ever it is has breached in to his personal space and no one has got any rights to talk about it and say that is wrong or right because it belongs to him. Make sense in what you say..
